Epiphone signature artist Lee Malia rolled into Nashville, Tennessee on October 6 for a show at the Bridgestone Arena with his band Bring Me The Horizon. The Sheffield, Yorkshire based quintet have been touring the world in support of their major label debut, Sempiternal, with US dates continuing through the end of this month and shows in Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, and the UK rounding out the year.

Sempiternal, released through RCA, debuted at #1 on the United Kingdom Rock Chart and #11 on the Billboard 200 in the US. It has been certified Silver in the UK (60,000) and Gold in Australia (35,000). And while the numbers are impressive, so is the press that has come with them. Kerrang! (UK) named the album #1 in their "The 25 Best Rock Albums of 2013" feature, Metal Hammer (UK) included it in their "Top 50 Albums of 2013" list, and Alternative Press (US) listed it in their "10 Essential Albums of 2013." Awards for BMTH and Sempiternal include "Best Metal Album of 2013" - Loudwire Music Awards, "Best Album" - Kerrang! Awards 2013, and "Best Album" - Alternative Press Awards 2014.

Epiphone is proud to be associated with Lee and in September announced the Lee Malia Les Paul Custom signature model. Inspired by the 70s era vintage classic Les Paul Artisan, the new Lee Malia Signature Les Paul Custom features a totally unique pickup combo of a Gibson P-94 in the rhythm position and a Gibson 84T-LM™ humbucker with coil tapping in the bridge position.

"I just wanted something that looks really classy. Something that I think appeals to anyone who plays any genre of music. They could pick up this guitar and not necessarily know that I play in a metal band," Malia told Epiphone.com. "It's cool--it's got the P-94 in the rhythm position and the humbucker has coil tapping. The clean setting sounds insanely nice and then the bridge pickup sounds amazing on its own. So I wanted to make something that you couldn't pinpoint to a metal artist. Anyone who sees it will say: that's a nice guitar."

The Epiphone Lee Malia Les Paul Custom signature model will be available worldwide later this month. Contact your Authorized Epiphone Dealer for more information.
