To say it is a workhorse might be an understatement.
Dylan Rose of Archer has been playing the same Epiphone Elitist Les Paul Custom since he was 18 years old. The band (and the guitar) have been all around the world since then, playing shows with Black Label Society, Hell Yeah!, and Doro as well as countless headline shows. The guitar has also seen heavy studio action, making an appearance on every Archer recoding including their latest release, Culling The Weak. To say it is a workhorse might be an understatement. We recently caught up with Dylan in Nashville where he gave us the "guitar stories" that make this axe less like a musical instrument and more like a musical family member. We're hoping he keeps it off of skateboards in the future! Watch the video and see what we mean.
The Epiphone Elitist series of instruments were first introduced in 2002. Current Elitist models include the Ltd. Ed. Elitist "1965" Casino, the Ltd. Ed. Elitist "1966 Custom Riviera, and the Elitist Casino.
