Presenting the Limited Edition ES-345: The Limited Edition ES-345 brings one of the most revered ES-style designs to guitar players everywhere in three stunning finishes--Alpine White, Cherry, and Ebony along with a gold Bigsby™ Tremolo to make a truly high-class instrument that will set you apart on any stage big or small.

Classic History: The ES-345 was first released in 1959 and was quickly embraced by rockers and bluesmen alike for its classy look and incredible range of tones. Fans of the ES-345 include Keith Richards, B.B. King and Freddie King, whose classic "Hideaway" was recorded with an ES-345. The key to the new Epiphone Limited Edition ES-345 is Epiphone’s legendary VariTone™ control, which enables players to invent a wide range of tonal colors and pickup variations with easy recall. Vintage ES-345s are nearly impossible to find today and even harder to find is an original stereo ES-345, but we've taken care of that as well. The Epiphone Limited Edition ES-345 features both mono and stereo outputs, making the modern ES-345 the ultimate axe.

Perfect ES-Styling: Following the classic ES-style design shape, the Limited Edition ES-345 features a laminated maple body with a single layer of white binding on the body and neck. The 24.75" scale mahogany neck has our classic SlimTaper&trde; 1960s "D"-profile, a perfect size for both hard rhythm and ringing leads and is hand set with TiteBond™ glue. The rosewood fingerboard has a 12" radius with a 1.68" nut width for proper string spacing along with pearloid "Parallelograms." The headstock features a pearloid "Pineapple" design. The pickguard comes unattached but also has white and black binding.

Vintage Style Epiphone Electronics: The ES-345's electronics feature Epiphone's famous Alnico Classic™ Humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions and like the original, basic tone variations are accomplished with vintage style Black tophat volume and tone knobs with metal inserts and pointers. But the ES-345's original power really begins with the VariTone.

The VariTone Machine: The VariTone uses a six-way rotary switch which engages 5 pre-set notch filters and a bypass. In position one, the VariTone is completely bypassed. As you rotate the rotary switch into positions 2-6, the center frequency of the notch filter shifts from around 1.9kHz down to 130Hz, providing a player with a wide tonal palette unavailable on most other instruments. Positions 2 through 4 offer tonal shaping while still maintaining great clarity. But keep turning and you'll find Positions 5 and 6 shape-shift the Alnico Classic Humbuckers into a single-coil style pickup but without the thin quack usually associated with traditional single coil pickups. Add it all up and between the 6-position VariTone circuit and the 3-position toggle switch, you have 18 unique tones available.

Pro Hardware, Pro Guitar: Epiphone players expect high standards when it comes to hardware and the ES-345 doesn’t disappoint. Along with the classic gold Epiphone Locktone™ Tune-o-matic bridge and 3-way all metal toggle switch, the ES-345 has all metal Mono and Stereo Output Jacks, a gold Bigsby™ Tremolo, gold Wilkinson™ Vintage with Tulip Buttons and 14:1 ratio tuners, and last but not least, a vintage style bell-shaped 2-layer truss rod cover with "Stereo" engraved in white. The Epiphone Limited Edition ES-345 also is covered by Epi's world famous Limited Lifetime Guarantee and Gibson's one-of-a-kind 24/7/365 customer service. The king of guitars is waiting for you. Epiphone is proud to announce one of our most anticipated reissues, the Epiphone Ltd. Edition ES-355. Epiphone brings back what many guitarists think of as the ultimate player's axe, the ES-355. The ES-355 is one of the most iconic guitar designs in rock and Epiphone has brought it back in all its glory with the Ltd. Edition 355 in three beautiful finishes; Alpine White, Ebony, and classic Cherry.

The ES-355 Story: When it was first introduced in 1958, the ES-355 style was the world's first thinline archtop semi-electric guitar, a bold new design that combined the cutting, bell-like sustain of a solid body with the darker, complex tones of an archtop. The ES-355 also incorporated the humbucker pickup, a relatively new design that would also be quickly embraced by both rock and blues players. Many think of the ES-355 as one of the best electrics ever made and it's found in the collection of all discriminating guitarists including B.B. King, Keith Richards, Jorma Kaukonen, Chuck Berry, and Noel Gallagher. Now with the Ltd. ES-355 you can have one in your collection, too.

Groundbreaking Design: The Ltd. Edition ES-355's unique tonal range was the result of its groundbreaking design. A wood block runs through the center of the body so the pickups are mounted much the same way as in a solid body guitar allowing for two hollow chambered areas over the violin style f -holes and in the double cutaway wings.

Classic Vintage Styling and Unique Features: The Ltd Edition ES-355 body is constructed of 5-layer laminated maple and is available in three beautiful finishes: Alpine White, Ebony, and classic Cherry. The solid hard maple 24.75" SlimTaper™ 1960s "D" profile neck features an ebony fingerboard with a 12" radius and a 1.68" nut width. The neck has classic pearloid "Block" inlays and a vintage style pearloid "Split Diamond" headstock design. To top off the vintage styling, Epiphone included a "Tortoise" style pickguard with multi-binding. Tuning stability is assured with gold Grover™ 14:1 ratio machine heads, a gold Epiphone LockTone™ Tune-o-matic bridge and a gold Bigsby™ Tremelo. The volume and tone knobs, one for each pickup, are Black Speed™ with pointers for easy reference while on stage.

Original Premium Electronics: No detail of the original ES-355 has been missed. The Ltd Edition ES-355 incorporates Alnico Classic™ humbuckers in the neck and bridge position. Patterned after the original Gibson '57 Classics, the Alnico Classic™ pickups use Alnico-V magnets with enamel wire to give you a tone that is warm and subtle with full, even response that will still give you that classic humbucker overdrive when you need it! The 3-way Epiphone Toggle/pickup selector switch is a deep, aged vintage yellow and is wired for the standard configuration with position one controlling the neck pickup's volume and tone while position two controls the bridge pickup'’s volume and tone.

Peace of Mind: As with with every Epiphone, The Ltd. Edition ES-355 also comes with the peace of mind you get from a Limited Lifetime Warranty backed by Gibson Musical Instruments famous 24/7/265 day Customer Service. No guitar collection is complete without it. Check out an Epiphone Ltd. Edition ES-355 today!
