Epiphone is supplying the goods for the 2003 Pro Wakeboard Tour. Customized guitars will be awarded as 1st place trophies for the men’s, women’s and junior class divisions this summer. The splashy, psychedelic guitars are emblazoned with images of wakeboarders and personalized to reflect the location and date of each event. Cities included on the tour include:

The World Wakeboard Association (WWA) is the governing body for the sport of wakeboarding worldwide. Founded in 1989 by Jimmy Redmon, its purpose is to help introduce people to the sport of wakeboarding, provide consistent and fair standards by sanctioning and governing events worldwide. The WWA sanctions all world-level professional competitions including the U.S. Pro Tour, the Masters, X Games, Wakeboard U.S. Nationals and Wakeboard Worlds. It also serves to help educate the public on ways to have more fun and generally improve individual skills in wakeboarding. There are an estimated nearly 2.7 million people who participate in wakeboarding throughout the globe.
