Epiphone was honored to donate a Les Paul -100 electric guitar to the Burns Night Supper held on January 25th in London. The event was held in aid of CLIC Sargent and Childrens Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS) at the St Martin’s Lane Hotel in London. The guitar was signed by Ewan McGregor and Sharleen Spiteri and auctioned at the end of the night for 2000.00 pounds (UK).

Every 48 hours, 10 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer or leukemia. CLIC Sargent acts as a lifeline keeping families together when the unimaginable happens. This is the UK’s leading children’s cancer charity and wants to see a world where all children and young people with cancer live life to the full. CHAS (the Childrens Hospice Association Scotland) is a Scottish charity established in 1992 by a small group of parents and professionals who understood the needs of children with life limiting/terminal conditions and their families. Committee members include Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, Sir Ian McKellan, Alan Rickman, K T Tunstall and Stella Tennant among many other celebrities.
