Epiphone rocked again at the 2006 Music City Motorcycle and Powersports Expo in Nashville at the Municipal Auditorium. The show featured custom motorcycles of every make, as well as custom cars and boats. Over 10,000 people visited the expo, with hundreds of custom bikes competing in the bike show.

Instead of normal boring trophies, each class winner received an Epiphone Les Paul Junior, customized with the ‘06 Music City bike show logo. Our own Will Jones, a.k.a. Dr. Epiphone was on hand to handle the emcee duties and sit in with the band. Will’s special assistants were six lovely Hooter’s girls who were helping with hospitality and signing Hooter’s calendars and posing for pictures.

The People’s Choice Winner received a gorgeous Gibson Les Paul Supreme and a lucky expo visitor was drawn to receive the Epiphone Sheraton II.

Also attending were some girls from the Iron Angels calendar…it is January, you know, time to think about new calendars!

Fans also got to see the Gibson Bike and the new Epiphone Drag Bike, “The Boogieman”.

Earlier in the week, Dr. Epiphone was on the scene for the expo kick-off parties, hosted by area Hooter’s restaurants where some lucky patron won a Les Paul Jr.

Next year’s show is scheduled for January 13th and 14th 2007…mark that new calendar!
