Brendan Benson On the MoveFans of Epiphone's Brendan Benson should check out the latest Third Man Records Vault series which is offering The Ranconteurs recorded live at the Ryman Auditorium September 15, 2011 as a double LP with a bonus DVD plus a 45rpm of the Dead Weather. Check out Third Man's website for details on how to join up.

The Ranconteurs don't have a new album at the moment but Brendan is always on the move these days, traveling with his new Elitist Epi Casino as well as a vintage 60s cherry red Casino, recording with the Howlin' Brothers at Sun Studios in Memphis, and handling day-to-day matters at his record label, Readymade Records. Brendan will host a benefit concert December 18 at the Ryman for the David Lynch Foundation for veterans and children of Nashville with Eric Burdon, Butch Walker, Jack White, and Young Hines.  Brendan is a killer guitar player and has one of the great interpretive voices in the business.  (We heard him recording a Harry Nilsson arrangement of an early Randy Newman song and it was out of this world.)  Brendan has many more tricks up his sleeve. Make his music part of your day.  You'll be glad you did.
