Epiphone's Gary Clark Jr.
will perform at the Roxy Theater in Hollywood next Friday for a special pre-GRAMMY midnight show. Gary's new album, Blak and Blu,
won't be eligible for a nomination until the 2014 GRAMMYs, but there's already a buzz around the Casino
The Roxy opened in 1973 on Sunset Strip and is currently owned by Lou Adler, who got his start in showbiz as a kid working for Sam Cooke.
It's a superb music venue with a long and wild history that includes infamous visits by John Lennon
, Harry Nilsson, and Keith Moon along with live albums by SG fan Frank Zappa
, Bob Marley, and Van Morrison. If you're in LA, get your tickets while you can.
