The guitar is back in 2013--at least that's what the experts are predicting (not that it ever went away here at!).  "I've just started getting excited about what's going on again," Epiphone's Paul Weller told NME. "That whole indie thing has just got really boring, but there's just a few bands I've heard who seem to be doing it for the right reasons."  The new issue of NME features interviews with Weller,  Rough Trade founder Jeannette Lee, and BBC Radio 1's George Ergatoudis who predict that "rock and alternative guitar acts are going to find public taste swinging their way."
