Epiphone has been friends with the Doobie Brothers for ages and it’s great to see the hard traveling’ band get some notice thanks to the Zac Brown band who brought co-founders Patrick Simmons and Tom Johnston on stage at Fenway Park to perform the classic “Black Water” for the sold-out crowd. The Doobie Brothers are working on a new album of their hits re-recorded with some of the top names in country music including Love and Theft, Sara Evans, Brad Paisley, and Toby Keith.
