George Harrison's estate will release Harrison's entire solo collection on vinyl to celebrate the guitarist's 74th birthday on February 25.  Although The Beatles catalog has been remastered for mono and stereo this will be the first time that Harrison's solo catalog has been remastered from the original tapes and released on 180 gram heavyweight vinyl. The Vinyl Collection includes all of Harrison's solo work beginning with his soundtrack, Wonderwall Music in 1968 through Brainwashed, released after his death in 2001.

The collection will also include two 12" picture discs of "When We Was Fab" and "Got My Mind Set On You."  Each album will also be available individually along with a Ltd. Ed. version of Harrison's classic All Things Must Past produced by Phil Spector and featuring Ringo Starr and Eric Clapton.  Harrison's family will also release an updated edition of I Me Mine, Harrison's only autobiography which will include new photos and copies of Harrison's handwritten lyrics. Don't miss it.  Harrison fans should also check out our interview with Beatles Gear author Andy Babiuk who goes into detail about how John, Paul, and George bought their Epiphone Casinos in the mid 60s.
