Epi fan Pokey LaFarge has announced new road dates for Europe early next year. The tour will kick off February 14 in Groningen, Netherlands and wind through Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, France, and England. Visit Pokey's website for full details.

All of us at Epiphone want to also express our best wishes for a fast and full recovery to Pokey's longtime band mate Ryan Koenig who was hospitalized after being hit by car in early December. Pokey has information on his Facebook page about the crowdfunding website set up to raise funds help alleviate Koenig's considerable medical bills. Check it out and read our classic interview with Pokey. See you at his Nashville show at the Hi Watt January 26 and 27, 2018.

"I was a highly motivated one, always," LaFarge told Epiphone. "While I was a confident one, I would also succumb to certain feelings of self-doubt. I was solo and there was so many feeling and ideas I wanted to express and that just couldn't happen until I got a band. I feel I am just within the last year enjoying my songs. I've travelled a lot and along with that many experiences to share. I feel the need to be more socially conscious and community representative in my songs. Those are thoughts that at times can be hard to put into a good song."
