Epi fan and rock 'n' roll legend Elvis Costello will preview his upcoming new album with a special three night run of concerts in New York at Brooklyn Steel on March 7 and the Capitol Theatre on March 8 and 9.  Costello will be backed up as usual by his longtime band The Imposters featuring original Attractions members Pete Thomas and Steve Nieve. Costello recently released a new song, "You Shouldn't Look At Me That Way" from the new movie Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool, starring Annette Bening and Jamie Bell. Mary McCartney directed the video.  In between the new album preview, Costello and the Imposters will be holding down a residency at the Wynn in Las Vegas with, no doubt, a few sly news references thrown in for good measure.

Costello is a big fan of classic electric guitars and has been seen on stage with an Epiphone Casino ("my first Epiphone, of course"), a RivieraSheraton II PRO, and an Epiphone Zephyr Emperor Regent Tenor (similar in body style and tone to the new Masterbilt Century Collection). Visit Costello's website for further tour details and check out the EC live in North Carolina as he puts his Zephyr Emperor Regent through its paces on stage with producer and fellow "Coward" Brother (as the two called themselves in the 80s) on a smoking cover of Chuck Berry's, "Don't Lie to Me."
