Vampire Weekend have announced that a new album is on the way with longtime producer Ariel Rechtstaid. Original member Rostam Batmanglij left the band full-time last year but told Entertainment Weekly
he was still contributing to the new songs. “We’re working on some songs in the exact same way we’ve always worked," said Batmanglij. We have some stuff that we started a pretty long time ago.”
Lead singer Ezra Koenig, who regularly performs with a classic Epiphone Sheraton II, recently tweeted that the working title for the album is Mitsubishi Macchiato
but further details are still to come. Stay tuned for more updates soon and check out the new Sheraton II PRO
featuring critically acclaimed ProBucker™ pickups with coil-splitting and a Graphtech® NuBone XL™ nut.
