Congrats to Epi fan Daniel Tashian on his GRAMMY for Best Country Album for producing Kacey Musgraves’ Golden Hour with partner Ian Fitchuk.  For decades, Tashian has been one of Music City’s most respected singers and songwriters but recently turned to producing. The result is not only a GRAMMY for himself and the phenomenal Ms. Musgraves, but now he’s got the ear of the Nashville industry—and that’s not easy. Tashian’s parents, Barry and Holly, were making Americana music before the genre even had a name. And keen rock history fans will know Barry for not only leading the classic 60s quartet Barry & the Remains (who opened The Beatles’ 1966 U.S. Tour) but also for his role in Emmylou Harris’ Hot Band. Check out the interview with Daniel with Music City Mike (thanks for the photo!) and look for our own spotlight interview coming soon on Epiphone.com.  Don't forget to check out Tashian’s favorite Epiphone, the Masterbilt Collection at your favorite Authorized Epiphone Dealer.  If you don't know The Remains, get ready to rock!
