The awesome Hellfest festival in Clisson France last weekend was full of Epiphone artists including
Machine Head, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and
Black Label Society.
Black Sabbath was originally sceheduled to perform but
Tony Iommi's illness caused the band to postpone most of their summer performances (with the exception of the Lollapalooza festival this summer in Chicago). While Rick Rubin is overseeing the mixing of Sabbath's new album, Ozzy Osbourne took to the road with the
Ozzy and Friends tour with help from Epiphone's
Slash and
Zakk Wylde along with original Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler. Check out the heavy duty version of "Paranoid."
