The Supply Chain Analyst reports directly to the FP&A Manager and is responsible for driving cross-functional processes across the organization, including inventory management, freight management, ad hoc reporting, and data-driven analysis to inform operational decisions. This role will play a key part in establishing processes and practices that further develop the operational finance function by strengthening key cross-functional partnerships and targeting areas for opportunity and improvement.
Essential Functions
- Analyze freight data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
- Assist in budget process to provide a more meaningful freight and inventory forecast
- Work with the team to further refine operating expense management
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
- Serve as end-to-end project lead on ad-hoc strategic projects (including personnel planning, cost savings initiatives, and inventory management, as examples)
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong aptitude for complex problem solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis
- Experience in the consumer products industry and in manufacturing are preferred
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools and how to develop recommendations to improve the processes
- Proven ability to work cross functionally in a leadership capacity as well as support position
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields
- 2+ years in a supply management role or related field
- Prior experience with inventory management
- Prior experience with financial planning tools and ERP knowledge (Power BI, D365, and OneStream) is also a plus

Travel Requirements
- This position is mostly office-based but may require periodic travel to the company’s manufacturing and sales locations (~10%)
